"I" FACTOR
With a small learning community limited to 400-600 students,
teens have the opportunity to be well-known by teachers and staff.
Every student works with a small group of peers and a faculty
member, experiencing the value of mentoring, peer support, personal
education plans, and character/ethics development throughout the
school year. In addition, this one-on-one interaction fosters leadership
development and holds students accountable for initiating student
projects, student-created digital portfolios, and community service
opportunities. Our individualized approach to learning helps identify
and facilitate support services for students needing enrichment
opportunities.
